The Power of Dynamic Leadership, was founded in 2023 by Jim Round and Jim Best: long-time colleagues in management at a Fortune 200 company, whose paths crossed again as they independently pursued educating, mentoring, and empowering others in leadership and management best practices.
Sharing first-hand experience, like-minded approach, and an undeniable passion for creating positive change in the workplace today, brought them together. They provide one of a kind, interactive and educational workshops and extensive leadership priority consulting with organizations, to equip others with the skills and tools needed to achieve their goals.
